"Ideas... Doors are to heavy in rooms and they slam everytime you go in prayer out cant rest or sleep very well. Breakfast eggs have cheese in them which are not bad for some people but I dont care for cheese so couldn't eat eggs and I love eggs. When we checked in there were about 3-4 people checking in and and they all received a complimentary bag with water and snacks and front desk didnt even give us one not sure why but if your gonna give to guest in front of us and behind us why not us."

"Only one elevator worked, and it was sketchy. Our room smelled terrible. We had to fetch our own towels and such every day. Breakfast was only waffles. The stay was mediocre at best. And I booked and paid online and got to the property and still had to pay an additional incidental fee that was not referenced online."

"The room was clean. The staff was nice, but I had a loud noise in my room every hour on the hour from the air-conditioning unit, the maintenance man came in and stated he would fix it in just a little while and never showed back up. The ceiling in the room was also cracking. Also the windows had plastic on them, taped down from painting outside, so I couldn’t let any natural sunlight in. The Housekeeper came and brought me towels, they did not ask if I needed my room cleaned, they never came to take out the trash. Also, I was a woman traveling alone, and it was a lot of men in the parking lot at night that made me feel very uncomfortable. The staff stated they would contact the management. I don’t know if they did it or not. I would not stay here again."

"The room smelled really bad. This La Quinta charges for pets, which was a surprise. We have been staying at La Quinta for years and never encountered this. There were no luggage carts available at checkout. We waited 45 minutes and finally got an employee to help us, who we felt obligated to tip. Breakfast sausage was cold. $183 for one night is too much."
