Enjoy effortless private beach access from this cosy oceanfront cottage, where a covered porch sits directly along the dunes. Drink your morning coffee outside and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Step straight off the porch into the sand for a leisurely stroll, or enjoy the shade while watching dolphins play in the waves and ospreys hunt for their lunch.

Have an afternoon swim and pop back inside for a slice of watermelon and an ice-cold drink. Sharpen your surf fishing and shell-spotting skills, or simply relax with your toes in the sand. The world is your oyster!

This original 1950s beach cottage was built when Topsail Island was first developed and remains in the same family today. Full of nostalgic coastal character, Tommy and Dee's offers a classic beach holiday experience where the simple pleasures of oceanfront living take centre stage.

The home features four bedrooms, one full bathroom with a shower, and an additional half bathroom, all located on the main living level. The spacious dining table offers plenty of room for family meals, puzzles, and board games after a day on the beach.

The washing machine and dryer are located in the ground-level garage and are accessed by exterior stairs. Please note there is no interior connection between the main living level and the ground-level garage.

Conveniently located just one mile south of the Surf City bridge and town centre, Tommy and Dee's sits along a relatively quiet stretch of beach, away from busy public beach accesses and larger rental properties. Enjoy the peaceful oceanfront setting while remaining close to local restaurants, shops, and island attractions.
