"We were there for a sister reunion and had a marvelous time. The property was everything we hoped for and we each got a bedroom with a sliding door and a connecting deck, so when we retired for the evening, we got to listen to the waves. The pool was perfect and there was a butterfly garden out by the pool that we really enjoyed. Beach access was very convenient and a short walk took us to an area in Surf City, with a fishing pier, restaurants, groceries, and souvenir shopping.John was the perfect host and only a text away if we had any questions. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed to make some wonderful dinners in the evenings which allowed us to catch up on each other’s lives, since we all live in four different states. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We had a great time at the house. The open space area upstairs was great: the kitchen was large and full equipped, the long dining table was perfect for both eating and playing board games, and the couches allowed everyone to relax.
