* Pool is open May through October per HOA open/close schedule; *please inquire that the pool has been opened or remains open if booking in May or October

* Beach towels, bathing suits, toys and supplies

* Streaming logins for Smart TVs

* Toiletries, extra paper goods, bath soaps



Linens and Paper Goods:



* Linens (1 full set per bed per reservation) and towels (1 full set per unit max occupancy per reservation) included. *No towel/linen turnover service provided; paid laundry room for guests on site

* "Kitchen pack" with sponge and dish towel included.

* Starter pack of: 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom provided- enough to get you started
