"The place was not great there were cockroaches in the room"

"As a rewards member, I expected more. While the room was OK, the shower had terrible water pressure, and I had the shower on FULL HOT, and it was Luke-warm. The next day we made the mistake of having the breakfast. We were there around 8:15 am, which is effectively the middle of service. The selection was poor to begin with, but what was left made it a big miss. The hot food was only warm. The oatmeal was empty and the grits (instant at that) was also gone. When we asked, Lou said, we had 45 Marines here and they wiped it out and we decided not to make more. Really? There was still 90 minutes left AND at 8:15 there was no evidence that they were there, so they must have left a while BEFORE 8:15 AM. I scrapped together what was left and when I went to get coffee....you guessed it, the coffee was empty. I doubt I will hear back or get any remedy, but I wanted to let you know what a disappointment this property was."

"From the moment I checked in, this location put the "H" in hospitality. Shannon, on the front desk took the extra time to enroll me in the Choice Rewards program. During me close to one week stay, anytime I had a question or concern, the staff at the front desk were always there to help. Friendly and efficient. I'd highly recommend this hotel."

"i arrive at 4pm for my stay and they said my room would be ready at 430 but when i came back the lady doing my room said it still was not ready i finaly got in my room at 530. i was tired from my trip so i laided down. At about 630 the manager told me later that they had something called shift change and all hell broke lose. People were yelling and screaming. They start knocking on my door until 12pm. The room next to me had two large dogs and they would start barking because the people knocking on my door were looking for them next door. This went on until about 2 or 3 and i finnaly past out.The next day i checked out because i thought it was unsafe. By the way this motel does not have a ice machine and they said they had no shampoo for room because it didnt come in. I left jacksonville early because i was upset. I tried to get a copy of my bill but they said the computer were down and they said they would email me the bill which i still have gotten. People i talk to around the area said this is common. They charged me for the 3 full days and i am pissed."
