"We enjoyed home first time and second time actually we as a great or better. Place is well maintained, clean is best of all VBRO places I’ve stayed and the hosts come across as genuine nice people. Excellent place for families even though it was just two. And , our dogs enjoyed sunning on the deck as it provides sun and shade. House has all you need there and did I mention has a great mattress and nicely appointed! Tracy and dogs"

"This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. We would definitely recommend and come back here."

"Beachfront! Are you kidding me? And amenities, all we could ask for. Now the down side. Lavatory basin in master bath slow to drain, third step from bottom on stairs loose. Thanks to my bad knee, stairs not really stairs but ladder, which means don’t expect to see me there ever again. Nonetheless, a superior location, facility. My adult daughter fell in love with Topsail Beach, the sand and surf, or perhaps the margarita at the Mexican joint up the road. Thanks for everything! Tom Alexander"

"This house had everything you could possibly need. We felt so comfortable there from the moment we walked in. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. The big plus for us was that the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so soft! Lovely safe neighborhood and steps from beach. With having our dogs and a baby with us, we had everything we needed right there. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Definatly recommend this home!"

"Have always liked Queen’s Grant, due to access to both ocean and Sound, the views from the deck and the location. Was very happy to find that I could rent for just a few days instead of a week. The owners could not have been better-super flexible and helpful. When I asked for a missing supply item, they had it at my door in less than 15 minutes. The unit was clean and the kitchen well stocked. They had great suggestions for food and we really enjoyed the Steamer bucket store they suggested....
