1 King Standard Bedroom with Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach front is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Was great for what I needed at the time

The property was clean. There are some needed updates like fixing the kitchen counter laminate and fixing the bathroom cabinet doors so they close properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view of the beach from the deck is awesome!!! The mattress was very hard. We both ended up with stiff backs. A foam mattress topper would be an easy fix. Overall our stay was very good and would go back.

Have stayed at several different units at Sea Vista over the years. Perfect location direct oceanfront. Dog friendly. Basic accommodations no frills.
