Introducing our brand new hotel on Topsail Island, where luxury meets convenience and breathtaking views of the ocean await you. This listing is for our 3rd floor Triple/Adjacent luxury hybrid hotel suites with captivating ocean views and 2,100 sqft of modern well designed open living space, the perfect place for your large group to unwind and vacation. This listing is for three suites directly next to one another, one of the suites has one (1) king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa, and the other two have two (2) queen-size beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. All three suites have their own private entrance and their own sparkling modern kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining area with table and chairs and a spacious living area with sleeper-sofa and club chairs. Each suite has a 75 inch Smart HDTV with fiber optic cable service, high-speed WiFi, and full size washer and dryer, allowing your group to discover the ultimate seaside escape with all the comforts of home.

When you arrive, your beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens. We provide you with all you need to start off a relaxing vacation right, including luxury bedding, bath towels, travel size shampoo/conditioner /bath soap, cooking essentials including a Keurig coffee maker and starter supply of k-cups and condiments, and a starter supply of dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.

On the ground level we have a spacious covered outdoor guest common area with multiple areas of seating and games such as ping-pong, corn hole, and tiki/ring toss where you can gather with family, friends and other guests. We have 6 beach cruisers you can check out and ride during your stay at no cost and outdoor showers with hot and cold water to rinse off after the beach!

Whether you're planning a romantic retreat, a family vacation, or a business trip, the Saltwater has everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Located 250 feet from the beach access between the Atlantic Ocean and the Sounds of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Saltwater is the perfect place to stay on Topsail Island. Guests can walk or bike to the best waterfront dining and shopping on the Island, enjoy live music at a laid back beach bar, take a sunset boat tour, fish golf, or book an adventure to kayak, paddle-board, sail, or jet ski all within sight of this incredible property! This peaceful place of refuge for adults is also paradise for the kids. Walk to the beach to boogie board, surf, build sandcastles, watch for dolphins or hunt for shells, or bike to get ice cream and head to Soundside Park to play or fish for crabs off the docks. Our hotel is perfect for extended-stay vacations and weekend getaways! You can even make a reservation for a one night stay if that is all your schedule will allow!

Enjoyed our stay at Topsail

The rooms were nice and clean. They are open like a studio apartment but that worked good for our three families that rented three rooms. It was really nice to have a full kitchen. The pullout wasn’t too comfortable but the beds were. Would definitely stay here again.
