  • **New for 2025 FENCED YARD** Prime Topsail Beach location with a short walk to the beach or the sound from your front door! Cute 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with great sunset views located on a quiet, dead end street. Public beach access is just across the main road. Walk or bike one mile to great dining and shopping and only three miles to enjoy the pristine, undeveloped southern tip of the island. It's a short drive to Surf City and Hampstead with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment

    The space
    One level living with large main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and king bed. One guest bedroom with queen and one guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Bright open kitchen, dining and living room with plenty of windows and views of the sound. TV's in every room. High speed internet. Outside relaxing area includes patio with seating, grill and outdoor cushioned seating as well as an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before entering the house. Keyless entry lock, no keys to worry about.
