Perfect staycation ! Clean, simple and modern amenities. Close to a private beach access which made for less people which was nice. Follow the street to the icw side to catch the sunsets I’d rec leaving a vacuum and or a broom out since it is a beach house and felt bad tracking sand inside without a way to somewhat clean it up. The elevator is handy since there are a lot of steps up the back to get to the kitchen. We had a great stay and would def book again! The EVANS family

Nice place very well situated for easy access to the beach or restraunts in surf city. Very well maintained and reasonably priced. Would stay again if the opportunity arose.
