Enjoy views of the sunrise each morning right from your own private balcony. Walk steps from your door right onto the beach. When you are tired of the sand, you can enjoy the zero-entry pool in the complex. The bedroom features a king size bed with en suite bathroom. The rest of the condo boasts an open floor plan to optimize space (a unique feature of this unit for the Surf Condos complex), a full kitchen with essential dishes and cookware, and a second full bathroom in the hallway. The living room features not one but TWO twin XL Murphy beds – great for kids and adults alike who want to sleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up looking at the waves. The condo includes reserved covered parking for your exclusive use so you never have to walk far. Meanwhile, your car will stay cool in the shade of the carport. An onsite laundry facility and community exercise equipment are available for your convenience. The heart of Surf City and Topsail Island with its vibrant selection of restaurants, boutiques and ocean pier is just 1 mile away.

- Bath towels and bed linens are provided, but guests will need to bring beach towels. Linens and towels are professionally cleaned, sanitized and sealed offsite between stays. Upon arrival you will find your bed linens folded and wrapped to ensure the cleanest stay possible.
- Kitchen includes all essentials: pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and both a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker (coffee not provided).
- Beach essentials, including a boogie board, umbrella, chairs and a variety of beach toys, are provided (please bring your own beach towels.) Note: beach items are to be used at your own risk and responsibility.

Surf City Highlights
- Variety of dining options on island within one mile, including seafood, burgers, tacos, sushi, Mediterranean, NY deli, pizza, ice cream, and grocery store.
- Several bars and breweries are scattered throughout the area. Salty Turtle brewery is a local favorite and highly recommended. Trailer Bar is always a great time and features live music nightly in summer, and weekends during off-season.
- Surf shops with surf lessons, outdoor tours, boutiques, souvenirs, and a local aquarium within one mile.
- Ocean pier is just a one-mile beach walk, approximately 25 minutes each way at a moderate pace.
- Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehab Center is a must-see.
- Soundside Park by the bridge offers many events and festivals throughout the year.
- Skatepark on mainland.
Parking
- Reserved, covered parking directly under unit, so you never have to walk far and your car stays cool in the shade of the carport.
- Non-covered parking is unassigned and available for all guests with pass displayed.
- Two parking passes are located in the unit. Your vehicles must display a pass at all times (even in the reserved spot) so please hang one in your car as soon as you check-in.
- Only passenger vehicles are allowed on the property. No boats, trailers etc.
Rules:
A full list of House and HOA Rules are posted in the unit. It is your responsibility to review these upon arrival. Below is a summary of the main rules:
- No pets (only owners can have pets per HOA rules)
- No smoking
- Minimum $200 fee if housekeeping finds any signs of pets or smoking.
- NO PARTIES
- No unapproved guests
- Max 4 sleeping occupants; Max 6 people total, including guests and their visitors at any one time.
- No booking on behalf of someone else. The booker must be the primary occupant for the duration of the stay.
- Do not hang anything over the railing on the balcony. There is a clothesline on the balcony for you to use.
- Do not jump off of balcony onto the beach. Only use stairs designated for beach access.
- KEEP OFF DUNES. The dunes in front of the building on the beach are protected and vital to erosion control. The Town of Surf City will issue a fine of $500 for anyone walking on or interacting with the dunes in anyway.

- Coastal weather is unpredictable and can change quickly. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking.
