Tip-Sea Turtle- Ocean & Sound views- Golf cart

  • Stunning 4-bedroom 3-bathroom beach getaway. This home features a reverse floor plan to capitalize upon the view of the ocean and sound. One king master suite with a private bath located on the first floor, two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a full over twin bunk and additional full bed that share a hallway bathroom. 2nd king master suit is located on the top level near the kitchen, dining room area and living room. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are provided.

    Guests may enjoy our street legal 6 passenger golf cart for an additional rental fee- The cart is registered with Surf City for free parking. Golf cart fee $425 Weekly rate. If staying less than 7 nights the fee is $60 per day.

    The house is dog friendly with a non-refundable $35 per day fee. 2 dogs max. No charge for the 2nd dog.

    Kick back, relax and enjoy views of the ocean from the second level. Vaulted living room ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, new stainless-steel appliances, each bedroom has a sliding door with deck access, parking under home paved and covered, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, Roku TV with WIFI. Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers are provided along with additional beach toys and a buggy to make a trip to the beach a breeze.

    The house is only a couple blocks from the world-famous Trailer Bar, one of Topsail Island’s most famous entertainment institutions. Other attractions in walking distance include, Surf City Line, Night-Club Tortugas Nest, 10th St. Bar & Grill, & Hulas.

    We STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance. Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking.
