Only problem we encountered was that the water pressure was low (we could live with that) and the hand held shower did not work and we preferred that to the over head shower. "The location was wonderful. Just steps away from the beach with two beach chairs included with the stay and an umbrella for $20US. Staff were very friendly with requests and I wish a QR code was available in the room for hotel services services such as a reminder that 24 hours notice is required for cleaning. We used the We stayed in a room with a kitchen to accommodate an extremely restrictive diet. Appliances worked well. My only recommendation is to add oven mitts, knives and scissors to the rooms with a kitchen. Getting food out of the oven without oven mitts was a challenge! We would definitely return to the Costa Hollywood Beach Resort."
