"Overall stay was excellent. My wife and I had a really good time. The weather wasn’t the best, but that’s not anyone’s fault. The property was as advertised. One of the very few issues was the floors were very sandy. If you walked through the apartment with bare feet, your feet would be covered in sand. Might be hard to combat seeing as how the beach is 100 feet away. The pool available to all guests was nice. Only issue with the pool area was the shower. The handle on the shower was stripped so...

"Clean room. Check in was not seamless. Although I went to property “A” to check in, pay, and provide contact info- I had to call several times as I still had not received a text with code to check into room- which was properly “B”. Thank goodness there was an accurate property phone number. When I called the second time- I did get a check in code. Coffee maker in room did not work well-also not good condiment selection- no sugars. The room was clean and I was upgraded to a king suite- however I would have rather just had the early check in I requested . Layout in bathroom was awful- door swings in way of toilet- vanity. All in all was a Cute place . Small Fridge , a 3-4 block walk to beach. Several restaurants / shops within walking distance. Free parking. Small pool with lounge chairs. Next time I would opt for a place right on beach."

"We absolutely loved the property. It was amazing. Close to the beach, the stores, things to do. I highly recommend this property. It was well maintained and so amazing for a family and friends. It was so spacious and the owner provides beach chairs, umbrellas, towels which was so nice and convenient. The property sits right in the center of everything. Within steps, you are able to enjoy the pool and then a few more, right down onto the sand and ocean. I cannot wait to book my next stay. There are simply no words for how spectacular this home was. Spotless really says it all. Thank you to this amazing family for opening up their home to share with others. This is very well-respected community to rent in, and it shows. Thanks again and hoping to visit again much sooner than later! 5 stars for sure!"

"Once we got over some of the cleanliness issues along things just thrown into the twin bedroom closet and the mess in the utility closet we were able to settle into the Pelican Perch. The view of the beach and the access was good. However it was a little confusing when it came to just who had the right to use beach chairs and toys as it was placed right in midst of the downstairs renters outdoor area. The close access to the Anna Maria Island Centre made it easy to walk to Walgreens and a variety of restaurants misc. shops. Overall we were happy with our stay."

"Everything was amazing! Very communicative. Lots of space for 9 of us, we could easily have another couple with us. We had a few kids. Everything you need for the beach was there including a canopy which was amazing. Five beach chairs kitchen was fully stocked. Considering booking again for another trip."
