  • Coconuts 117 is a renovated, top-floor 2-bedroom built for families — a king, two queens, and a sleeper sofa, plus two full baths, so nobody’s sharing. A private balcony looks over the pool with the Gulf beyond, and the beach is just steps away. Tucked at the quiet end of the complex, with a heated pool steps from the door. Sleeps up to 8.

    Good to Know

    •Family condo first, view condo second. The balcony catches the pool head-on and the Gulf at an angle — not a full beachfront panorama. If the priority is space, pool, and convenience, this is the right call. Beds run firm-comfortable (guests mention it regularly). Top-floor walk-up, no elevator. No smoking. Sleeps up to 8.

    Parking & Noise

    •Two private parking spots on-site (marked "117"). Street overflow parking available — park in the direction of traffic with all four tires fully off the pavement. Please coordinate with your group ahead of arrival.

I’ve stayed at plenty of VRBOs over the years, and this was by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The cottage/apartment was absolutely beautiful—right on the beach, modern, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The full kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space. The balcony overlooked the beautiful pool. Lots of beachy vibes throughout! We stayed here on our wedding night, and our host was so thoughtful. They left us a beautiful card along with some goodies to help us celebrate our special day. It was such a sweet and unexpected touch that meant so much to us!Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and our host checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed—and then some. We truly felt welcomed and cared for from beginning to end.I would give both the hosts and this beautiful property 10 stars if I could! It was an absolutely wonderful experience, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great beachfront condo, it only took us a few minutes to walk to the water. The place was clean and spacious enough for my family of 4. Only recommendation would be a better way to rinse feet and beach objects - we tracked a lot of sand in! EJ was a great host and quick to respond for all communication. We enjoyed the location as well, a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby.
