Enjoy the large private heated pool set in a tropical oasis like backyard. Lots of comfortable pool furniture from chaise lounges to a circular sun bed creates your own piece of paradise. After a swim in the pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower, head to the beach or fire up the grill for a Florida-style cookout in the covered lanai. With a ping pong table, corn hole, plenty of pool and beach toys, fishing rods, bait buckets, beach wagon, and shade canopy for the beach, Beach Retreat has all that you need to relax and have fun.

But there’s more . . . The elevator takes heavy bags effortlessly from the garage to any floor in the house. The super-large 75” 4K UHD TV is perfect for watching a movie, your favorite show, or the big game. There’s free Wi-Fi, Xbox One S with Game Pass, Blu-ray player, a large DVD library, books, and loads of board games and puzzles. Each bedroom has its own TV and Blu-ray player plus two bedrooms have private balconies. The well-stocked kitchen allows for easy family meals after a day at the beach or exploring the island. There’s room for up to 4 vehicles but no need to drive since the house is just off the free trolley line that circles the island.

There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
