    One minute down White Avenue to the beach — one of Holmes Beach's quieter access points, away from the main public parking crowds. Escape To Serenity B is a ground-level Holmes Beach vacation rental with a private fenced pool in a lush tropical yard and the Gulf genuinely close.

    The private pool is for the exclusive use of Side B guests — fully enclosed for privacy and security. The pool deck has a gas grill for cookouts and outdoor seating for the evenings.

    Two bedrooms sleep six. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests. One full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. High-speed WiFi included.

    Beach gear is provided — grab everything and head down White Avenue to the sand.

    Pets are welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee. Parking for two vehicles.

    Escape To Serenity B requires a one-week minimum stay.

    *Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
    credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

    You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 had a great time at Escape Serenity B!Pros:-had an issue with electrical, company sent someone out asap and it was fixed right away! Great service!-beds were very comfortable-water pressure/temp were amazing!-A/C worked great!-outside area was so relaxing and a nice break from the beach when needed. -plenty of trash bags & dish tabs for the dishwasher (didn't even use all of them!)A few things that would have made it 5 stars - -extra blankets (yes it is in the guide that they don't provide, but still would be nice)-more hooks for swimsuits/towels. We had to use hangers to hang towels and suits on-mirrors - only mirror in the entire house is the vanity mirror in the only bathroom. A vacay with 3 females gets interesting with only one mirror. -Dish clothes/sponges - only dishtowels were provided for the kitchen-initial shampoo/body soap/lotion (only one small bar of hand soap provided)-pot holders (!! We had to use dish towels for taking pans out of the oven)-end table for twin beds-cookie sheet / sharper knives-hair dryerOverall the stay was great, but these items would have made it amazing (especially the mirror with teen girls lol)Thanks for the stay!
