The new granite kitchen, fully tiled walk-in shower, fresh island décor, and updated furnishings are complete and in place.

Manatee Public Beach is directly across the street. The shared heated pool is steps from the unit. Hammocks are on the property for the afternoons when the beach has worn you out and the pool feels right. An outdoor shower handles the post-beach rinse before coming inside.

The unit was completely renovated in late 2024. New granite kitchen with modern appliances, fully tiled walk-in shower in the renovated bathroom, fresh island décor, and new furnishings throughout. Beach gear storage on the semi-private deck — chairs, umbrella, and wagon included for trips across the street.

Two bedrooms sleep six. The master has a king bed with its own TV. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a 55" smart TV and a sleeper sofa for the remaining guests. High-speed 1-gig WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen for meals at home. Shared laundry on the property. Linens and towels provided.

Dogs are welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee. The dead-end street and the resort layout make this one of the more comfortable pet-friendly setups in Holmes Beach.

Cafe on the Beach, Skinny's Place, and local dining are within easy walking distance. The free island trolley stops close by for exploring all of AMI without a car. Boat and trailer parking available on-site.

Sea Turtle 4 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles.

A week of life long memories were made. The accommodations were great. My kids especially liked the hammock. My favorite was the little porch off the family room as well as the porch off the kitchen so we could eat dinner outside each night. VERY short walk to the beach= great location. The dishwasher and tv remote weren't working when we arrived, but management was able to get them fixed after a few days. All in all - it was an A+ experience.

For beach supplies, we had a wagon, 4 chairs, umbrella and some beach toys. You can't ask for more! We loved being able to walk to Publix, CVS, and Dollar Tree to stock up on what we needed for the week. Within walking distance is Skinny's Burgers, Dunkin, decent gift shops and the best burrito place, Los Chiludos! Of course Manatee Beach and trolley stop are also a very easy walk. It was a perfect vacation spot!

We never sleep in the master again and had to move into the second bedroom. it was too warm wo a fan moving air.also was nevermade aware of the temperature controls of the AC unit arrival.

This rental had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation! Plenty of bath towels and even pool towels! Unit was spotless on arrival. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, and beach toys were provided. Sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed ever slept on! The unit is right across from Manatee Beach. Smart TVs in den and bedroom that allowed streaming of Netflix, Hulu, etc. Bedrooms were large with nice sized closets. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. Keriug and regular coffee makers provided. Ceiling Fans and two portable fans included. The pool was wonderful!!! Great size with many lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas for shade. Pool toys were even provided! Gas grill on grounds and washer and dryer. Outside shower and privacy fence at front door allowed beach equipment to be stored for easy access. Back deck with picnic table and umbrella. Publix, CVS, and Walgreens just a few minutes away. Best beach rental that we have ever stayed at!!!

The property is compact but well planned and very nicely furnished. The linen, kitchen equipment etc is all good quality. We especially liked the outdoor space around the property and the privacy if you wanted it. We loved the pool which is a good size for lengths swimming. The laundry room is good. The property is very convenient for walking to Holmes Beach, Publix etc. The only real drawback is the small shared bathroom, but in a property of this size and age this is inevitable.

It is an excellent location except for the non stop traffic trying to get out of 6th Street. It is a really quiet area for the most part. WE would love to come back but unfortunately the price hikes have made it impossible. The unit we were in has doubled in price over our last time here. So sad for us snowbirds who have added to the economy of this beautiful island over the years are being pushed out because of this. Maybe will be back in a few years when the insanity stops.

Fishing trip.

We have been coming to Ana Maria for several years now and this is by far one of the coziest comfiest places we have ever stayed. Quiet neighborhood, no traffic and ample yard space:) The convenience we really liked is the digital key we never had to worry about losing a key to the house when at the beach or on the boat fishing. This unit had everything we needed and was close to the beach. The beds were very comfortable too. We hope to be able to rent this unit again.

The condo was in a great location near the grocery store, main beach, 2 blocks from the bus stop, yet felt private and secluded since it is on the end of a dead-end street. And it was easy to walk a few blocks over for a less crowded beach experience if desired. The on-site pool was fantastic and the free on-site laundry was an added bonus. We would absolutely stay here again, the whole experience from booking to check-out was great.

Great time at great location!

Everything was nice and smooth! Beach extras were great and had no issues with property/stay. Nice being right across from Holmes Beach and a short drive up to AMI. Extra blankets had stains, but just a small takeaway from everything. Thanks!
