Prime Location – Steps to the Beach!
Luxurious ground-level villa at 124 50th Street, Holmes Beach, in the heart of Anna Maria Island, Florida. Only a few steps to the white sandy Gulf beaches without crossing a street.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 12 guests. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 4 Twins. Every bedroom has a smart TV and Wi-Fi. Open layout connects kitchen, dining, and living areas. A half bath is located near the pool entrance.

Connectivity & Comfort
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house and pool deck. A full-sized washer, dryer, and central vacuum system are provided. The fully insulated home meets ecological standards and ensures a quiet atmosphere indoors. Every bedroom has a Wi-Fi-enabled smart TV. Television available via HD antenna (OTA) and Roku streaming; cable TV service is not provided.

Living & Dining
Open floor plan with modern kitchen, high-quality cookware, and a large cooking island with ceramic glass cooktop. Spacious living area with big-screen TV and Dolby Surround. Kids can enjoy PlayStation, DVDs, or streaming.

Outdoor Paradise
Heated saltwater pool (approx. 80 °F, weather-dependent) with cascading waterfall, sun ledge, and attached spa (approx. 100 °F, 1 PM–10 PM). Pool and spa share one heating system; simultaneous heating not possible. Tropical outdoor area with ample seating, covered BBQ kitchen, dining space, and outdoor TV. Family fun: giant life-size chess, private putting green, and cornhole. Outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach.

Accessibility & Parking
Ground-level design with wide doors and barrier-free showers. Large circular driveway fits up to six cars, trailers, boats, or jet skis. Public boat ramps nearby.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the Main Building and the West Wing, including 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the living areas, kitchen, pool, spa, and outdoor kitchen.
The 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the East Wing remain closed off in this rental version of the house.
Keyless entry provides convenient self check-in. Certain areas (pool equipment, owner cabinet, and sheds) are locked for staff use only.

Neighborhood & Local Highlights
Peaceful residential area – please respect quiet hours, especially around the pool. Enjoy Gulf sunsets, 8 miles of white beach for walking, and public volleyball courts nearby. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach.

Great Family Trip

This house was perfect for our family of 10 adults and 2 children. Great beach access and the pool and backyard area were perfect. The house has everything we needed to cook meals in as well. The only thing you need to know and it's stated in the listing is that the AC will not go below 73 so it never gets really cool but there are fans in the closets.

The property and location were wonderful, We had a lot of fun with the beach close by and the pool and hot tub at the house. Only thing that was unsatisfactory was the internet was down twice and both times not coming back till the next morning.

Family spring break

2 families and a friend stayed here for the week. I can’t think of anything missing- the grill was great, we used the pool and hot tub every day, the outdoor chess, cornhole, and putting green were well used also. The multiple bathrooms came in handy. We loved the large open kitchen dining and living rooms. Walking to and from the beach was close and easy. Being able to walk to food, the trolley, bike rentals was amazing. I would love to stay here again. Everything was clean and responses from the host were prompt. Vielen dank!!

Perfect beach stay

We enjoyed our stay at AMI Beach house. It was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 5 children. We loved the pool in the evenings and the walk to the beach was an easy 2-3 min. The house is fully equipped to make a meal in, but an easy 2 block walk to local restaurants. We look forward to returning!

Perfect Fall Break Vacation!

Great Location all on 1 floor

We've stayed at many vacation homes and this is the first ranch style home we stayed in. It was so nice having everything on 1 floor. The short 2 minute walk to the beach was great! The supplied beach wagon made it so easy to take everything to the beach. The pool was big compared to the splash pools that most vacation homes have. I would rent here again.

Multi Generation Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week long stay! The house was perfect! Our days were spent poolside in the lovely private backyard, with a fun oversized chess set and golf putting green...the hot tub was great ...and the best grill ever! We enjoyed morning walks to the nearby shops and coffee house. We avoided crowds and stayed in for dinners, the kitchen was very well equipped! A five minute walk to the BEAUTIFUL beach. We enjoyed many gorgeous sunsets. Evenings were spent at one of the big tables playing cards and games. A vacation to remember!

Wonderful time with Family

Amazing property! Had a wonderful time with our family and grandkids. Loved the two “wings” as the little ones were able to go bed in the quiet wing and adults were able to hang out at the pool and hot tub. Everything you need for a great week is on the property. Short 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach made it easy to walk home for lunch. Nice beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and toys are all included! Had a truly amazing week and the weather was spectacular every day! Would definitely book this property again. Thanks for opening you home up!

Great house in a great location!

We have stayed on Anna Maria many times and this is one of our favorite houses. It's located mid island, and close to the beach so the location is perfect. The house itself is open and clean with a great back yard and pool.

Amazing stay!!

The house was beautiful, the outdoor area was our favorite! We loved the pool to cool off in and it is just a short walk to the beach! We appreciated all the little things the property offered, such as Tupperware and foil :) we have rented a lot of places and this house was definitely a favorite!! Family Trip

Perfect Place to Get Away

The house was exactly as portrayed! Great pool, well stocked kitchen, bedrooms,...all as pictured. The location was great for a very quick walk, with little ones, to the beach with a wagon, umbrellas, and chairs provided. We appreciated having a great washer and dryer on hand. Loved this property!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Took a vacation with our extended family, we had 8 Adults and 3 Kids. The home was the perfect amount of room with plenty of space for everyone.
