“Hideaway” is an elevated two bedroom beach rental accommodating up to six guests. You’ll love the open main living space and high ceilings for entertaining your family and friends. The living room offers a flat screen television and a lovely spot to kick up your feet while enjoying the wireless internet.

Welcome to the laid back Anna Maria Island vacation rental you’ve been looking for! When you visit “Hideaway” you’ll know you have found a great place to relax island style. You’ll be a short two blocks walk from the best gulf beaches Florida has to offer on this memory maker vacation.

In the kitchen you’ll find all the basics for preparing meals including a dishwasher. The dining area can seat all six guests, or seat four at the kitchen breakfast counter.

Off the living room you’ll find the screened lanai balcony with stairs leading into the backyard pool area. The lanai offers a dining area, plenty of seating and a bar area under the kitchen window. Open the window and you’ll be able to serve ice cold drinks straight from the kitchen!

The master bedroom at “Hideaway” has a king bed, flat screen television, and closet. The Master bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. The guest room offers two twin beds and a flat screen television. The main bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. You’ll find a queen sleeper sofa in the living room so groups up to six can spread out comfortably.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Budget friendly

This property was nicely updated and decorated. I would not recommend any more than 4 people as it would be really tight. The pool was awesome, but not private, as it faces the front road with some landscaping providing minimal privacy, and still very visible to most neighbors. The area is very quiet and we couldn't hear any traffic. The upstairs bedroom is very roomy with lots of drawer space and closet space (could use some more hangers in all of the closets). We loved the keyless entry! The garage opener is a small button located in the house on the wall right behind the front door (we had to call to get this information). The beach umbrella needs replaced-but still provided necessary shade. The beach push kart was awesome for hauling everything to the beach-which ends up being about a 2 block walk. Amenities provided were great! We would definitely rent this place again!
