Quiet and quaint is this spectacular 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Duplex with a large HEATED POOL in a lush tropical landscaped setting. Centrally located in Holmes Beach and only 75 yards to one of the best beaches on the Gulf Coast! You will feel right at home in this stunning and beachy furnishings and décor. The living room is combined with the dining area and kitchen which is perfect for spending quality time with the family as they enjoy home prepared meals compliments of the fully stocked kitchen. There is a connecting door to the other side of the duplex makes this a 4 Bedroom/2 Bath with a shared pool. Very close to a free island trolley stop.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. --Chapter 4-14

Perfect Spot

Our family of four (10 and 3 year old children) stayed here for a week and it was absolutely wonderful. The location to the beach and ease of walking there cannot be beat. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything - including the trolley. The house had everything we could need and was the perfect size. Having the washer and dryer and outdoor shower were so handy. It also has beach chairs and an umbrella for your use as well as sand toys, etc. I was honestly worried about this rental based on some unfavorably previous reviews, but this rental was perfect and just what we needed for a quiet family get-away. We can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Great home for a week getaway!

This home was the perfect place for our family of 6! Only a block away from beach access. It is along the path of the free Trolley. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and then some! The best part was the Pool around back! Plenty of seating area and there was a propane grill too.

Sand pail

The property was deceiving in the pictures presented online. While it was decorated well, the furniture was soiled, stained and overall dirty. The quilt on the main bed was dirty. A lizard came flying out of the main bed when we went to bed the first night. Never caught it. Discovered it again the last night and watched it disappear behind the paneling. I slipped and fell on the rug in the other bedroom, it was very slick with the tile underneath. We found a potato chip bag under my granddaughters bed. The floor were dirty. The carpet was dirty. We washed all dishes before use. The dishwasher had a bad smell. The pool area was very cool but yet messy. The best thing was the very close access to the ocean. We were celebrating my daughter's 12 year brain tumor survival so that trumped all the disappointment.
