Experience all the best elements of the perfect Island vacation in this well-appointed rental home. It is located just a short walk to the beach where you can enjoy Anna Maria Island's famous white sand, swim in the Gulf of Mexico and take in a technicolor sunset.

The home's backyard is the perfect place to socialize. There is an outdoor wet bar, lounge area and BBQ grill. The heated pool features a sun shelf - perfect for sunbathing. If you'd rather overlook the action, there are front and rear balconies that round out the outdoor spaces.

The home's interior is spacious with four bedrooms and two and a half baths, accommodating eight. The second floor has an open living and dining space with a large table for eight. Two of the bedrooms are on this floor. The large master suite and fourth bedroom are located on the third floor.

This home offers all the components for a fun vacation with family or friends. And with its central Holmes Beach location, the home is the perfect place to enjoy Anna Maria Island and make memories that last a lifetime.

The pool was a hit for the grandkids and with the beach within walking distance. The Dolphin boat tour was very interesting with seeing so much of what was damaged in the hurricane and what still needs to be repaired. We rented a golf cart to get around the island and the grandkids really enjoyed that.Going to the beach each day and bringing back shells to take home for souvenirs.I feel that they need more restaurants. The donut shop was a hit. We rode the Trolley a few times when we first got there.Needed more restaurants

We LOVED this stay! The house the not disappoint at all. They even had both a Keira and drip coffee machine.The pool area was beautiful and relaxing our toddler loved the elevator. It was a perfect location

Great house, close to beaches

We had a great stay in Holmes Beach. The house is a few blocks from the beach, easy to walk to. We ended up renting beach chairs and umbrella, the ones at house were is rough shape. The pool was awesome our kids played in it for hours.

Loved the beach house. Our 8 yr old. Didn't want to leave the pool. Very spacious for our family of 5. Close to amenities. Beach access was not to bad of a walk.

The set up of the house was very nice and enough room for my family of 6. About a 8 minute walk to the beach. The photos for the listing do not represent what the house currently looks like. NO chairs on the front deck which would have been very nice to have. The kids loved the pool but the yard was littered with beer bottle caps. Lots of things not available like dish soap, a sponge, garbage bags, dishwasher pods or a spray cleaner to wipe down the countertops. A quick trip to the dollar store remedied it but anywhere I’ve stayed always had those items available. Sato Reality was quick with responses and even sent someone to the house when I was having a problem with the pool alarm. So to wrap it up, would I stay at this home again? Probably not but I did not let any of the things mentioned above ruin my vacation. FYI… bring bug spray! Lots of mosquitoes that I was not prepared for.

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our multi family trip wit plenty of room for all. The walk was a but much for the little ones so we did rent a golf cart. The pool and patio area completes this house! Thank you for a wonderful rental experience.

House was in a good location. Water fall in the pool does not work. Kitchen needs items replaced like hot pads, dish cloths, dishwasher wasn’t working properly. Someone did come and fix the dishwasher. I have stayed in many houses on AMI and this was not worth the price they charged.
