    Looking for an affordable getaway on Anna Maria Island? Enjoy an endless summer at this cute and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor unit located just a short block and half to the beach. Direct beach access at the end of the street. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator and apartment size electric range. Updated furnishings. Bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a Sleeper sofa in living room for additional sleeping. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Enjoy the tropical breezes on the open patio. Unit has a flat screen Smart TV and free internet. Non-Smoking unit and NO pets. For added convenience a stack Washer/Dryer is in the unit. 

    VRC18-000200 - Local ordinances require guest stays of at least 7 nights.

    Noise Notice as required by The City of Holmes Beach:
    You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
