With 80 feet of water frontage, there's plenty of space to bring your boat and explore the beautiful surrounding waters. Step inside and be greeted with a kitchen featuring high-end appliances, perfect for cooking up your catch of the day.

The open concept living and dining area are designed to take advantage of the breathtaking water views. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that will instantly put you at ease. And with just a short stroll to the pristine beaches and vibrant atmosphere of Bridge Street, you'll have the best of both worlds - a peaceful waterfront oasis and easy access to all the excitement the island has to offer.

The first floor features a king master suite, a king bedroom, and a shared bath. Upstairs, you'll find another king master suite, 2 additional king bedrooms with a jack and jill bath, a spacious living area, and 2 sun decks. This layout is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together, offering both privacy and plenty of space to gather and make memories.

Upon arrival, you'll be provided with entry codes and a welcome book filled with useful information about the rental and the local area, including wifi access.
