Beachfront Paradise 1 is a beautiful BEACHFRONT 1 bedroom retreat located directly on the Gulf of America! This welcoming condo is the perfect escape for guests seeking a fantastic vacation experience. With its enchanting decor and cozy atmosphere, you'll feel right at ease from the moment you step inside. This welcoming condo is the perfect escape for guests seeking a fantastic vacation experience. The condo is located on the top floor (2nd level) with GORGEOUS, unobstructed views of the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and Gulf of Mexico. You really can't get closer to the beach than this!! You'll have the BEST seat for nightly sunsets on the beach. The condo has been recently renovated, including luxurious coastal decor', new furnishings and linens. The full wall of sliders in the living room let in tons of natural sunlight, plus open to the stunning beach views. The updated full kitchen has sparkling white Quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plus a Keurig coffee machine and a traditional drip coffee pot as well so you can enjoy your morning coffee from your private balcony. The bedroom features two comfortable queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has gorgeous Quartz counters and a walk-in shower. Plus, take advantage of the WiFi to stay connected, and enjoy the convenience of amenities like icemaker, and the washer and dryer conveniently located INSIDE the condo for guest use. It is perfect for a long stay during winter months or shorter family vacations. The condo complex is a small resort with a community heated pool, outdoor tiki tables and both propane BBQ grills and charcoal. There's assigned by unit onsite parking and it is in centrally located in Holmes Beach close to the trolley stop. Anna Maria Island has a FREE trolley that travels the full length of the island from the Anna Maria City Pier to the north to Bradenton Beach to the south. Reserve your vacation stay today. Whether you're lounging in the living area or exploring the nearby attractions, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Note: We are NOT allowing early check ins or late check outs at this time. Cleaners are taking extra time to prepare the property between each guest. Our condo has a 4 guests max - we have 2 queen beds. Please do not plan to have someone sleep on our couches.

There is ONLY ONE parking space. If you are renting a golf cart for your transportation, please request a gas-powered golf cart. There is NOT a place to charge an electric golf cart. There is not enough room to have a car (other vehicle) and a golf cart.

We offer two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guest use.

Absolutely beautiful condo with view and only steps to the beach. This was our second year staying here and we couldn’t have asked for a better week in Anna Marie.

Condo was beautiful and the location was great. Pool water was heated and nice and warm. Beautiful sunsets too. Great space for just 2 people. Anna Maria Island has lots of restaurants and beaches but remains quiet and friendly. Enjoyed it immensely.

Can't wait to visit again

We had a fantastic 3 day stay and plan to visit again. The interior design of the house is top notch, beds and couch were very comfortable, and I appreciated the extra items such as beach chairs, laundry basket and step stool. Our kids loved playing on the beach and swimming in the heated pool. Unfortunately, there was construction going on below us and at the pool. It was very loud and took away from the serenity of our stay. It would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to our stay Overall though, we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and comfortable stay!

Amazing Views of the Gulf of Mexico

This is the perfect vacation getaway. My husband and I loved it here! The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Couldn't have asked to be any closer to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. We had perfect views of the Sunset every night. Kimberly was very communicative and always stayed in touch if needed.

Fantastic view!

The view is absolutely incredible as is the cleanliness of the property and up-to-date decor. The property is a little lacking on household supplies (toilet paper, Kleenex) so just keep that in mind and plan to buy your own at a local market. The pool area was sometimes busy with other guests (up to 15 people in that area at once as there must have been a family reunion) and then other times it was empty and easy for us to use peacefully. Having a heated pool was super nice given the colder December weather.Having a designated parking spot was also really nice.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing View!

The view was everything we were hoping for when we booked this condo for our trip! You are literally right on the beach! The condo was spotless and decorated beautifully! The host was always quick to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed the new beach chairs and beach towels that were provided! Very cozy and homey. We would definitely recommend this place for your visit to Anna Maria Island!

Loved our stay and condo was beautiful. Nothing can beat the view while eating our meals on the balcony. Mattress needs to changed or add a more comfortable mattress top. AMI was amazing and enjoyed purchasing fresh fish at the Island Fresh Market on AMI. Definitely will return!!

Oceanview Getaway

We could not be more impressed with this condo. The decor is very updated with lots of attention to detail. The view from the deck, with nice bar height furniture, was spectacular. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient to all areas with restaurants. The trolley access is a short walking distance away. It was perfect for just the two of us.

A wonderful condo right on the beach. It was recently refurbished and everything is pretty high end, from the faucets to the appliances, towels, counter tops, tile. I would absolutely stay here again!
