"A very nice apartment your restaurant next door was amazing. The bathroom being downstairs took a bit of getting used too. A great location for visiting surrounding coastal towns including blue hill. "

"The entire experience was wonderful. It did take a little time to secure power for two CPAP's but eventually we were successful. The lounge was a really comfortable place to sit and have a cocktail, the young lady behind the bar was very friendly and fun to talk with (and had great taste in music!). We enjoyed the laidback atmosphere, even played cribbage while having breakfast before leaving. We will certainl be back!"

"Excellent kitchen appliances. Windows face east so sunrises were beautiful. Deck is on same side of house and is uncovered. That just made the view better! Family room awesome. Bed very comfortable. Shower is great too. Has stairs down to rocks and is great at low tide. On our short list for next year!"

"We loved the simplicity, the attention to detail and the location! It is off a main road, but very quiet, no street or city lights at night. The space was very clean - This is a fun 'hotel room' - aka nicer than glamping - easy buttons for lights, the cast iron wood burning stove was a breeze... yes the toilet, kitchen, shower is outside... it all makes sense and works well... very peaceful, and sean was very response and helpful."

Fabiola took great care of the place, and was very hospitable whenever we had questions about the property or any food places, nearby attractions, etc. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend this location to others!"

"We had to wait a day for someone to come and get the television out for us. The stove failed to get hot enough for us to boil water to cook lobster. The owner did purchase an electric skillet for our use. She tried to take care of us but we still struggled with the outdated equipment."
