Everything was perfect. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious and plentiful; rooms were well kept and very clean; beds were comfortable; public transport was easily accessible as hotel is really close to Orientkaj metro station and harbor bus stop.

A perfect stay from beginning to end. The check-in experience was excellent, and I received a room upgrade, which made for a great start to my stay.
