The self parking is not convenient and is expensive. The room key is supposed to open the gate but only works half the time. You have to stop in the lobby for them to correct it.
Beach chairs are not included in the resort fee. The resort fee basically covers just the fitness center and pool.
The property grounds are beautiful and room was clean.
There are restaurants, coffee, and shops near by.

Great location downtown… walking distance to grocery store and fun entertainment. We had a great room with a balcony that wrapped around.
They also had a beautiful rooftop terrace to lounge. The valet parking and housekeeping were a bit pricey.

"The manager was very welcoming and friendly. Husband said the gym was well appointed for the size of the facility. The room was only ok. It was mostly just tired. Only two pillows on a king bed with no extras on the shelf. Linens and towels should be retired."
