"Triple room was very spacious and comfortable.It was a quiet location , yet close to the market and the metro station . Breakfast was very good . Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful except Irakali , who was extremely helpful and gracious, knew fluent English."

"Great place to stay within close proximity to downtown/old town Tbilisi. Suite was very neat, would recommend to upgrade your rooms to the luxury suite if you can. The terrace has a panoramic view of the entire city, where you can enjoy lounging while sipping on some delicious local Georgian wine! 10/10 would stay there again! "

"This is a wonderful hotel, not only for the brand new state of the art, air-conditioned room, and incredible buffet breakfast, which also served as lunch, but mostly for the kindly and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived on an early flight and were greeted with coffee and pastries. "The hotel is modern, well-equipped and rooms are bright and large. My room was a junior suite and was very good value - with lots of space and extremely comfortable. The area around the hotel has many bars, restaurants and is close to good shopping areas. The staff are polite, helpful and professional and had many good recommendations for places to eat and visit. Overall, a good choice for your stay in Tblisi!"

"Very nice room, top floor! Nice surprise for us as we were on our honeymoon with champagne and cake. Daily free refills water tea coffee etc, towels bathrobes etc. amenity kits all provided. Spa was really nice and inclusive of the price of the room and also had a little refreshment station with water tea coffee and smoothie, aswell as fruit and cookies. Staff were also exceptionally well treating. Would definitely stay again. Location is perfect for buses, metro, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Close to the main attractions also. "
