"This hotel is almost brand new, well equipped, spotless, with polite staff. Our room was really nice, large, modern, with A/C and fridge. We appreciated the possibility to open the window - it's not always common in some hotels. Breakfast was excellent - large variety of foods, hot + cold dishes, local cheeses, Churchella, fresh fruits, Ayran,... Cleaning ladies provided us with water and tea every day. Very good location near the city centre and public transport. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Firstly, the mattress was a bit too soft for us and the bed was quite narrow even though both of us are slim. Secondly, the biggest problem in this hotel is definitely the soundproofing as other reviews mentioned. Our room was located directly above a restaurant which was busy untill midnight. Luckily, the window was quite soundproof and we could only hear a little noise. However, the ceiling, walls and door aren't soundproof at all: we could literally hear every step and every crack of the bed from neighbors above us. It was really annoying when we were trying to fall asleep. It would have been an amazing stay, if it hadn't been for terrible soundproofing."

"Amazing modern beautiful hotel in the center of Tbilisi. Room was big and well equipped, bathroom was very beautiful as well with Toto toilets;) The manager on the reception was very helpful and gave us access to their lounge zone, this was very convenient. Would definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Tbilisi."

"What an architecturally-unique and charming hotel full of history! Every room is different with its own character. The huge ornate balcony encompasses true Tbilisi spirit - perfect place to spend a peaceful evening. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating: we had a demanding schedule but they helped us with odd checkin and checkout times, switched us to an amazing room when it became available and helped us navigate the city. The breakfast was tasty and convenient - memorable for the tables in a cellar and a nice chef who baked us fresh treats. The location is next to a park, surrounded by winding quaint streets, wonderful restaurants and walking distance from many important destinations of the Old Town."
