"The KLO guest house was clean, affordable, and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was really nice. Host family was very nice and let us leave our luggage there before checking in. The area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shops. Also close to public transportation. "

"Stayed in the area for a concert happening at Barclays Center. Very close to 36th st station, which was an express train stop. A no big fills hotels. Basic rooms which were fine for a quick trip to NYC. Decently sized bathroom. Plenty of little cafes and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel, along with the Industry City complex right there. "

I reduced 1 star for facilities because 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order causing a slight inconvenience. Rooms are clean and modern, with yoga mats, exercise bands, and standing desk. This is my go-to for work in Manhattan for all of the above combined with a reasonable price. I will return!"
