My room was very nice and kept clean. The 2 coffee pods left each morning (after I asked for replacements) are not of quality, easier to walk around the corner for a latte. The water bottle for sale in the room for $5 can be bought 1/2 block down the street for $3. The front desk, one young lady in particular did not see to pay attention to what is said to her. The elevator goes out often. Not the type of place I expecte paying $450/night.

Very comfortable and attractive rooms in a very convenient and safe area. The desk staff were very friendly and attentive. However the restaurant staff were poorly trained. Breakfast was delicious but dinner was very disappointing. Table service for each meal was slow and awkward.

Elevator was out of order the whole time we were there--not a big deal for us, but a little inconvenient. Staff were friendly and flexible and helpful. Location was great for the places we wanted to go.
