This was a great place to stay with plenty of room. Very clean and nice snd very cute. I left my license in the room accidentally and they very quickly contacted me to let me know. We left our luggage there for the day and they put it inbthe picket of one of our luggage pieces andcsent a picture to let me know. I was panicked when i realized i didnt have it, so i appreciated it. Easy check-in. GREAT communication and instructions. Great location. I cantvsay enough. I will definitely stay here again!

Generally we liked the place and service. The location is oerect and we had a nice viewnon the Empire State Building. The only claim is a check-in and check-out time. Both are not in a right time. Anyway, I recommend the place because of good price and great location 👍

It was clean and tidy. Small but expected. During the stay we were comfortable coming and going at any hour. We walked out early and mid morning and came home early evening and evening late around midnight and still felt safe walking around the area. We enjoyed our stay at this location and would come again.

Overall the room was good. It’s in a great location to easily access Times Square, the subway and restaurants. The other really great thing about this place is they will store your luggage so that if you arrive before you can check in, you can at least drop your luggage off. They also allow you to store your luggage after checkout ($5 per bag) so that if you still want to do some sightseeing before you leave You don’t have to haul your luggage around. The check in process was very easy and fast. The only downsides are that even though the room can sleep 6-8 people there is really not much space for luggage. We were a party of five and we had to be creative about where to put our suitcases and when to open our suitcases. We were all having to step around each other. The apartment is clean, but it could use some updating and it could use some more shelves just so there is a place to put your phone while charging and your every day use items. Please note that this is an apartment not a hotel. If you want fresh towels, you will need to go to the laundromat in the building and wash your towels. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect!! The room was hot in the summer and the ac is literally next to ur body on the bottom bunk so the top bunks hardly get any air so I would warn the people on top bunks lol. For whatever reason the towels smelled like mildew and the tv is on the top side so the people on bottom bunks can’t see. Over all it was okay and if I had to I would stay again .

You can't beat the price for the location. They stored our luggage the first day for free while waiting to check in which was awesome. Had to pay after checkout for luggage storage though. The room itself was not very clean. We found a cockroach crawling in the kitchenette and there was hair in the beds.
