A quiet retreat, sleeps 7 plus a sofa bed on request. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Perfectly located near Holyhead ferry terminal and train station, local beaches and amenities.

5 mins walk to Anglesey Coastal Path and Penrhos Nature Reserve which includes numerous quite beaches and forest trails. Make yourself at home in our 4 bedroomed home. 1 x Queen, 2 x Twin, 1 x single plus a double sofa bed available on request. Fully modernised and refurbished property with a private enclosed south facing rear garden. An ideal base to visit many of Anglesey's must see places, which are just a short drive away. Located towards the end of a cul de sac, on a quite road, undisturbed sleep is guaranteed.
Anglesey Coastal Path and Penrhos Nature Reserve 250m Trearddur Bay 1.5 miles South Stack Lighthouse 2.5 miles Holyhead Railway station and Ferry terminal to Ireland 1 mile. Local reliable taxi service available.
The house is just 5 minutes walk away from large Tesco and Morrisons supermarkets. The Standing Stones pub serving excellent, value for money food is next door to Morrisons.
The space
Downstairs there is a twin bedroom (5cm step down) and a new shower room with combined WC and basin.
The new Wren kitchen/diner is fully-equipped with an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. 5cm step down into the dining area with an extendable solid oak table to sit 7 comfortably. Patio doors overlooking the garden. AEG Halogen hob, AEG single oven and grill, Air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ample crockery, ovenware, cutlery, glasses, pans and cooking utensils.
Large family lounge with very comfortable reclining couches and 55" smart freely TV. Second lounge with dedicated folding table and chair for office or gaming, 32" smart TV and a double sofa bed is available on request. Bedding available for sofa bed at £35 additional charge per stay. Patio doors overlooking the garden.
Large porch with rail for hanging outdoor clothing, ample storage for boots and wellies and bench.
Upstairs there are 2 more double sized bedrooms (1 Queen & 1 twin bedroom) plus a single bedroom. Hairdryers in all bedrooms. A new bathroom with bath and electric shower over bath. A travel cot and high chair are available on request if you're travelling with little ones. Retractable safety gates are at the bottom and top of the stairs.
Enclosed south facing rear garden with patio furniture. Sufficient parking for 3 cars or small vans off road on the drive and gravelled area in the front of the house.
Distant sea views from the rear bedroom window, landing window and dining room.
Spectacular beaches within 2 miles - Blue flag beach at Trearddur Bay, Newry Beach and Porth Dafach Beach to name just a few.
An abundance of quality restaurants to choose from, all within 2 miles in Trearddur Bay, Valley and Newry Beach area.
Excellent Golf courses with easy driving distance at Holyhead Golf Club and Anglesey Golf Club, Rosneigr. 9 hole golf and foot golf at The Beach Golf course in Trearddur Bay.
Fishing and South Stack sightseeing tours available from Holyhead Marina (weather permitting). Paddle boarding and Kayaking available locally too.
