DISCLAIMER ON PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Wells and Bennett Realtors (Property Manager) requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking (this is separate from the VRBO Service Fee that is also charged immediately) and the remainder is due sixty days prior to check-in. We also require Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance for your reservation. There are two options to satisfy this requirement. You can purchase a policy through us and it costs an additional $55 total. The alternative option is that you can opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000. If you opt in for the security deposit, we will hold that on your card on file two weeks prior to check-in and then will return it as quickly as we can. Thank you for understanding.

Guests enjoy access to the private Chamberlands HOA beach, seasonal pool, and tennis courts—making it the perfect year-round retreat.
The main floor features a spacious primary suite with a king bed, TV, and luxurious bathroom with bath tub and Rain Stick shower, Warm Board radiant heated floors, and a high-efficiency water recycling system that UV-cleanses and reuses up to 80% of the shower water. Upstairs, a second mini-suite offers a queen bed and private bathroom with shower, the same eco-friendly features, and radiant heating.
Two additional bedrooms include another queen room and a fun bunk room with one queen and two twin beds - ideal for families or groups. A third full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and heated floors serves the upper level.
The open-concept living and dining area is designed for gathering, with seating for 10 at the dining table, high-efficiency appliances, and energy-saving solar panels. The home offers air conditioning throughout, with wall-mounted remotes in the great room and three of the four bedrooms.
Additional highlights include a Level 2 EV charger (bring your own cable!), parking for two vehicles, and sleek, energy-efficient systems throughout. Whether you're relaxing at the lake, heading to the slopes, or enjoying a summer evening on the deck, this home offers everything needed for a comfortable and responsible Tahoe stay.
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Patio, Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied. If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property. If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
Holiday Booking Policy CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required.
