Chassahowitzka/Homossassa River Front With Two Kayaks

I completely remodeled the Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. Large Master bedroom with a King bed and a Second bedroom with a Queen bed. Fast Wi-Fi, 65' Television in the Living room, and 55' in the Master. Both are hooked up to Cable with Free movies. The phone is connected for local calls. Large lanai room to enjoy a meal, morning coffee, or watch the fish jumping out of the water. The yard has two covered parking spots, plenty of room to store a boat trailer, a boat slip for small boats, a propane BBQ grill, and a waterfront deck for fishing out the back door. Two Fishing Kayaks are available for use AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE OWNER HAS NO LIABILITY IF USED.
We are within walking distance of the Chassahowitzka campgrounds boat ramp, bait shop, and bar/restaurant.
Great location in a country-like setting. The canal leads to Chassahowitzka River, and 7 Sisters Springs is nearby.

Quiet time is at 11:00 pm. No smoking in the house. All Pets must be approved before arriving. No exceptions. Yard service each each week.

Incredible Home! Wonderful Stay!

This home was an exceptional place to spend time in. The set up was very relaxing, comfortable and functional. Absolutely everything we wanted was here from cooking supplies to bedroom and bathroom needs. The cleanliness was top notch. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We would certainly book this home again if in the area.

River retreat

Beautiful ! conveniently located to restaurants and convenient stores . It’s right on the river very relaxing. It was nice . The weather was back and forth some sunshine and rain so we stayed inside most of the stay the games provided was awesome! Thank you for the hospitality!

Great Location, Comfortable home with Everything!!

Very clean and up to date. Everything you need for your stay. We cooked in every night. Backyard is on the channel and is so very peaceful (we were there in Dec.) Good location, close to grocery and a very short drive to Crystal River for our Manatee and Airboat adventures. Will definitely stay again. Questions posed to our host were answered within minutes so super quick response time. Loved it and we will be back!

Nice Property, Even Better Host

Nice home, very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Marni is responsive and caring, there were a couple little things that she took care of immediately, couldn't ask for more. We enjoyed our month in Homosassa immensely. We got some tips on local places to eat from a friend of Marni's & they were very good. If staying in the area, don't miss Kim's, Art's Diner & Two Guys From Italy... great food from locals. Many thanks for everything!

It's a waterfront! Bonus - it's cute and very clean.

Our air was out at home, so we found this place about 15 minutes from our house. The air conditioner did not disappoint; the rest of the place was just as good. It's very clean, cute, and has everything you should need already there, except the chef. Lol. We couldn't get the TV/cable to come on and the hosts called us immediately to help solve the problem. Nothing was wrong with either, the last guest just plugged it back up wrong after connecting one of their devices. I'd stay again without a doubt. You can fish right from the backyard! Thank you for being great hosts!

Loved the Wildlife

Had a wonderful stay, property was as described. Had a small issue with Wi-Fi when we arrived was addressed and fixed ASAP. A small alligator hung out across the way most days, a beautiful hawk came 3 days in a row landed within 10 feet from us and the best was when we went kayaking was able to see two momma manatees and their babies. Definitely would stay again.

Relaxing Getaway for a girl's weekend

My girlfriend and I arrived a day late due to a bad storm. We didn't want to chance traveling in bad weather but arrived on Sat which was sunny and cool. The home was perfect for just the 2 of us with every imaginable kitchen appliance and utensil you could possibly need.. It was comfortable and very clean and the yard and dock area were well maintained .A great quiet neighborhood to walk my dog was a bonus. We enjoyed exploring the area too which offered so many interesting activities especially on the river...All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable getaway ! The weather was awesome and the friendly next door neighbor helped with directions .. Thank you Marni !

The place itself has everything you need to be comfortable. The kayaks can be used as you wish. It's close to the Chassahowitzka river system.

It was a very clean and comfortable place. It was a surprise that they did not have coffee specially in such a remote place. They have stub that is very small and no way to shower other than the faucet. The shower was also very small and short in a cute way. Thor than that it was very nice.

Quiet neighborhood
