"We enjoyed our stay even through we did not get to swim (31 degrees). However we went to the local state park which was outstanding. Just a nice getaway."

"Beautiful view, we loved the screened porch, fished everyday, caught some kind of snapper, catfish, Jack Crevalle, even caught a small stingray. Saw Dolphin twice. Only negative I would say is the couches were very short, and the queen mattress in the guest room not very comfortble. Overall great stay and would definitely go back. I asked a lot of questions to the owners, and they always gave a prompt reply."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this waterfront cottage. It's a great place for a weekend getaway and is close to MANY Florida Springs attractions (we visited Seven Sisters while here). We found the site very relaxing and I appreciated that there were multiple vessels already in the water available for a quick paddle on the Halls River, which we took advantage of using the canoe at the property. There is also a fantastic restaurant just down the road called Wallace's which had great ambiance and great service--we visited them both nights that we stayed at the cottage. And although we did not bring our dog this time, the property is very dog-friendly and you can close the main gate after you drive into the yard to keep your pup corralled (just keep in mind that there is no fence along the water). The only thing that would make this property better would be a stove and dishwasher, which would facilitate a longer stay. That said, there are some smaller appliances available for cooking, as well as an outdoor grill. All in all, this is definitely a rental that I would return to again for short stays, and I intend to!"

"We had an amazing stay! This house has it all. The kids were entertained for hours with kayaks and paddle boards. The location is phenomenal- very close to the springs. The 3 king beds made it comfortable for the whole family. We will be back for sure!"

"The perfect staycation! Our family of 6 wanted to end the summer before school started with a staycation. The host was amazing from start to finish. Some of the perks were a fully stocked kitchen, everything you could imagine was available. We cooked large family meals with ease every night we were there. The pool was a huge hit and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and relax. We will definitely be back! "
