"This was the perfect little stay. We loved that it was right on the water and we could just sit and relax right on the canal. Rhe screened in “Tiki” area was so cute. The location was perfect, as it was near everything we wanted to do. And it was walkable to the best restaurant we tried in the area, Marguerita’s. We were so close to Blue Haven who took us out to swim with manatees!I’ve already recommended to friends and we will be back for sure!"

"Awesome location, great communication with host, fun amenities. We usually just stay with family when we come for Thanksgiving, but decided to stay here this year. So glad we did. It was nice that everyone had their own space (three bedrooms) and tons of common space. We were able to host the family for dinner one night, which was such a nice change. The house has just about everything you could need to be comfortable and cook your own meals. We LOVED having the kayaks available. We took them out everyday. The springs are 2.5 km from the house. Super easy paddle. We saw manatees! The pool is large and has a deep end. We swam every morning and afternoon. So nice that it’s heated. Towels are provided. The primary bedroom’s en suite bathroom opens to the pool so you don’t have to drip water through the house if you’ve got to go while swimming. There’s also a large washer and dryer with detergent provided. Overall, a wonderful week spent in Homosassa. If this house is available next year when we come for Thanksgiving, we’ll most likely try to rent it again. "

"We had an amazing stay! This house has it all. The kids were entertained for hours with kayaks and paddle boards. The location is phenomenal- very close to the springs. The 3 king beds made it comfortable for the whole family. We will be back for sure!"

"There are just not enough good things to say about this place. The house is beautiful and well-maintained, there is a full kitchen complete with everything you need to make meals at home, there is a laundry room with supplies to do laundry, there are kayaks and pool floats, and so many more amenities that make this place so amazing. It is a two minute boat ride from the heart of Homosassa Springs, and about a 20 min ride to the ocean. The host, David, is so pleasant to deal with and is wonderful about communication during your stay. I truly cannot recommend this place enough."
