The hotel and room were very nice. However in the 4 person family suite, there was very little privacy with a translucent glass door for the bathroom. Additionally a block or two from the hotel, we had 2 separate concerning incidents where we were being sized up for a theft. We circled our group and stood our ground, staring them down, causing them to move on. However, it was scary that we got out of the train station and almost lost our stuff. That colored our experiences for coming and going from the hotel.
