"The views from the room were absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the spa areas were phenomenal. The sauna, steam room, and pool were amazing after hiking all day. The whole building feels very aesthetic to the surrounding mountain areas, while still being luxurious. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station, and right on a central road. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to the Jungfrau region."

"The staff here was super helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great- surrounded by mountains even if we didn’t technically have a mountain facing room. The building itself is beautiful. Walking around the first floor, you see lots of lovely common spaces. It feels very grand and fancy. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Wengen again."

"Eiger Lodge Chic has clean, spacious, modern, comfortable rooms and overall has a nice, fun, attractive ski lodge feel. It is located within a 2 minute walk to both: (1) Grindelwald Terminal train station, which is connected to the Gondola to Mannlichen and excellent upper hiking areas, and (2) Grindelwald Grund station, which serves the scenic cog railway to Kleine Scheidegg - for more hiking and access to Wengen and Lauterbrunnen. For us, the perfect location. Also, very easy bus ride into main Grindelwald town up the hill with many restaurants (hotel provides free bus passes). Great views of mountains without mobs of tourists found in central Grindelwald. The Eiger grill restaurant had good food and atmosphere. Hotel had excellent breakfast. Check-in and check-out people were super friendly, efficient, and helpful. Perfect hotel for us. We would definitely return."

"My words will fail me as I try to describe our stay! This place is amazing!!! I can't wait to visit again. The hotel is lovely. Quiet and in a beautiful setting. It was very clean. The rooms had everything we needed for our stay. We had a nice view from our balcony. We had dinner one night which was wonderful. Breakfast each morning was a nice way to start our day. But the thing that really sets it apart is the amazing staff! So kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back sooner rather than later!"
