"We book based on free parking, wi-fi and breakfast. Indoor pools and fireplaces are a bonus, but the parking, wi-fi and breakfast are a must. We checked in late and Sebastian was wonderful, kind and funny. He did mention that due to unforeseen circumstances there will be no HOT breakfast items in the am. As long as there is coffee, we will be fine. Well there was coffee, but no creamer, apparently the delivery never came. It's a small thing, but that's what we paid for so no 5 stars, but for a night, it'll do."

"Check in staff was not very pleasant. We chose this hotel based on an indoor pool being available in the area we needed to be in. However we arrive and "pool under construction" signs on pool room. Hotels.com SHOULD have notified me of this SIGNIFICANT issue, as the guy at the counter could have cared less of this inconvenience. Room was clean, tub in room worked, extra towels were nice, tv was broken, bed was horrendous. Very uncomfortable 😕. Being a 3 star, keep in mind it has very thin walls. Ive stayed at other BWP, this was the worst. "

"BEST BEDS IN ANY HOTEL EVER. I was in a first floor Accessible room, before the construction started and my bed was dreamy. Then I got moved up to 212 and the bed was even more lush. I had excellent interactions with most of the staff, shout out to Lindsey and the night crew, and I loved being able to walk over to Jimmy Johns and Petsmart. Even in full blown winter, the roads were in great shape. I recommend this hotel absolutely. CLEAN PERFECT ROOMS and AWESOME housekeeping."
