"Love hotels like this. The property was stately and quaint. Not for the snobs but so practical and the location is fantastic. Great value, we are looking forward to our next stay."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Contacted about getting an extra towel and it arrived within minutes. Great location easy to get around the city. They are upgrading their rooms ours was not updated yet, downfall was the bathroom. Shower was in the bath and very small, mould in the shower curtain and grout all coming away. But that should all be fixed with updating. Felt a bit expensive for an outdated room. "

Absolutely amazing for the price and the areas around was so good for food and located somewhere convenient and close to everything you need. Would definitely recommend them."

"The Crystalbrook in Newcastle was a pleasant stay for a weekend. The rooftop bar was great, though very busy and they weren't wrong - you need to book for dinner! The room was great, everything is fairly new so it was clean and not worn out. Location is walkable to lots of local attractions, Darby St and the waterfront are all walkable if you're able to. "
