"Housekeeper Coco was exceptional! Probably one of the best housekeepers I have ever met in my 40+ years of travel to 20+ countries. Not only she kept my room spotless clean everyday, she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable such as finding me a dehumidifier, offering me local tips, reminding me of the weather changes, etc., just to name a few! She even refused to take my tips as she told me she just tried to a good job simply making sure all her visitors feel like home when being away from home! Highly recommend!"
"The room was huge and the staff were lovely. We ate at the Steakhouse twice, and the staff remembered our names and what we had ordered the last time. "
"Room was clean although it was on the small side, we did know this when we booked from other people’s reviews. Staff were polite and helpful, great public transport outside the doorstep."
