"I booked Family Suite and it was spacious for 3 people so at a place like Hong Kong where Space matters this was a good choice. Hotel staff is always very courteous and ready to help.
I enjoyed my stay."
"I really like the this Hotel because it very accessible and very convenient. although room service does not clean everyday but the room is ok and very comfortable to stay with. the room service lady is also very friendly and the front desk staff are also very accommodating. The hotel rate is cheap and very affordable."
"I stayed here for three days to visit friend's house near by. The room was horrible and dusty when I checked-in late at the first night, but I ordered the receptionist to clean up the dirty room the first thing in the morning after that clean and cozy till the last day. The reception is open for 24 hours. The receptionists are kind and friendly. The environment is also good and safe. Very convenient. "

"We stayed here for more than 7 days. Overall, our stay was very good, most staff members were attentive and responsive. The building appears well-maintained.
Pros:
- Well equipped fitness centre and pool
- Relatively new building and facilities
- Multi-lingual, well-experienced staff
- Thoughtful vouchers to encourage neighborhood exploration
Areas of Improvement:
- More attentive in-unit cleaning
- More competitive restaurant offerings"
"Big room for 3 people. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Gave good advice since we were there during Tyhpoon Ragasa.
It’s nice to have an outdoor pool to enjoy during the days."
"the front desk and lobby staffs are always friendly and helpful. this is our third time staying at this hotel and we’re very happy with the hotel, especially the harbour view from the room"
"It is a well-managed hotel with great value for money. I was surprised that they didn’t provide bottled water, toothbrushes, etc., but they explained that this was due to the government’s environmental protection policy. The Fortress Hill MTR station and the A11 airport bus stop are just a few minutes' walk away. A pedestrian bridge protected us from the rain and the scorching sun. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and laundry shops are all nearby. Since it rained a lot, I didn’t like the puddles at street level."
