"Amazing artistic surroundings, the public spaces are decorated beautifully, it was lovely to spend time enjoying them. The massage was superb too as well as the daily Japanese breakfasts. We stayed 6 nights and it was so nice to come back to the hotel every night to relax after being out on the islands to see the art."

The staff were extremely helpful and also made us feel very welcome. The hotel is extremely well located for walking to the Bikan Historical Quarter. "予約済みでこれからチェックイン、という時に急いで問い合わせたいことができて代表番号にに電話をしましたが、自動音声になって「宿泊の予約はインターネットで…」のようなトンチンカンな案内をされたのがとても不便だった。 その他清潔、スタッフさん、部屋や大浴場、素敵でした。 コテージに宿泊しましたが、眺めがきれいで赤ちゃんへの備品も充実していてびっくりしました。"
