"I booked and paid for 2 nights here. Hotel was LOCKED, DARK & CLOSED upon my arrival in the evening! I called and called but they did not answer the phone. I tried multiple times to contact hotel. No response. I was alone and afraid all night because I had to sleep in my car parked in front of the hotel.
