"Saane at parking exit rolled her eyes at us when we didn’t know it was the room key we needed to use to exit, I paid a lot of money for this room and I was really taken aback that this occurred day after we checked in. They charge additional amenities fee and parking fee, just add this into price of room. I will look for room with out additional fees next time. The activity offerings were nice. Pool area is very pretty with lights and walking bridge."

"The resort was beautiful, and our room was spotless with an incredibly comfortable bed. The concierge was especially helpful, they provided us with a map and great recommendations for exploring the area since all the excursions were fully booked. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return in the future."

"Clean, comfortable and boy what a view! The furniture is about worn out, when sit you sink a bit low in the cushions. But, that was not a concern when you're watching the turtles play right outside the window. Great place. Nice beach walk trail right outside. "
