"Stayed here last year and was excellent! This year was not quite as good. Did not get the room we thought we booked. When a description says deluxe ocean view, you think you are getting on the ocean or 1-2 rooms down side of building.from ocean. Our room was 4 from the ocean and on 2nd floor directly above the pool so could not hear waves but heard the water regenerating from the pool. I think that should be better described in the room description. Also, the hotel is under renovation so even being on the 2nd floor (they were working on the 12th floor) you can hear what sounds like jack hammers all the way down to the second floor 9:00-5:00 Monday through Friday."

"No need to jump in a car to swim and snorkel; do it right here! Must swim out a bit for best snorkeling. Pool area has everything - basins to rinse feet off after beach, shower for after snorkeling. Times Market down the street for groceries. Condos have lots of fans. One of the 2 bedrooms in 400 does not have AC so leave door open. Both units have washer driers. Plenty of beach towels. Beach chairs, some snorkel gear, kiddie toys. 403’s 3rd BR has 2 twins, not a king, but could be pushed together."

"We had a wonderful experience. The roomsWere all generous in size and beds were comfortable. The pool was just right for our small grandchildren. We enjoyed sharing time in the penthouse suite and our group of 19 was not crowded. Wonderful vacation."

"The check in process was very easy with the directions we were given. The property manager for the 3 units met us and gave us additional information. The Hawaiian and Paradise penthouse do have incredible views. The Aloha Penthouse was unavailable to us do to a building revamping of the plumbing system. The owner did make an accommodation available for us which we are very appreciative of. However, we were able to view the Aloha and I can it is very well decorated. The Hawaiin and Paradise are also decorated very nicely. The penthouses were very clean; there were beach chairs available; the air conditioning was needed and worked very well. A kitchen faucet needed to be replaced and this was done without any issues. Having a washer and dryer available is good when you go to the various beaches in the surrounding area.This was for a 3 generation family trip and the penthouses worked out well for our family."

"If you want a quiet getaway, Paki Maui condo is excellent. There is no AC, which I thought would be an issue, but we were on the move most days and the morning/evening breezes from the open doors were part of the experience. The balcony views won't disappoint. Other guests commented that they could watch whales from the balcony and that snorkeling was best right from this area. You can see the small pool and the cute grassy loungers right by the ocean from our balcony.The rooms were open and spacious, and I loved having an in-room washer and dryer. There was a bag of decorative pillows that smelled strange, but it was addressed. Other than that, it was very clean and a great price. The room here is quiet and secluded, but it's next to many dining and shopping options."
