Condo at Waikiki Banyan, 2 Queen beds and Full Kitchen

Waikiki fully furnished one bedroom condo located on the 12th floor of the popular 'Waikiki Banyan'. The condo has a full kitchen and a lanai, free wifi, flatscreen cable tv, ac, and garage parking. The hotel has a large amenity area with pool, jacuzzi, gym, and convenience store and laundry facility.

ATTENTION! Please be advised that starting April 7th, 2025 there will be complete renovation and closure of the 6th floor rec deck. This will include pool, jacuzzies, BBQ's, playground, and all lounge areas. There will be noisy work occurring Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm. The 6th floor restrooms and sauna will remain open for majority of the project, but access will be limited. This project is expected to last 12-14 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced.

Great Price, Middle Quality

This was a great spot for the price. It wasn't overly nice, but was within our budget. The cleaning could be better - the rugs and shower really need some attention. We loved being so close to the beach and other ammenities, but it was definitely busy and touristy

Good location and comfy beds

It was perfect for what we needed. We just needed a place to sleep and shower. We didn’t have any trouble with the parking garage, but our friends who rented in the same building did, so keep in mind if renting a vehicle, it does have a height limit. I don’t remember what it was. But a jeep with big tires was too big. The bathtub is old and stained. But it worked. The furniture seems kind of old but I’m sure furniture costs a lot in Hawaii. The beds were really comfortable. It was clean except for a few spots on the floor that needed mopped. I don’t wear shoes in the house, so I don’t like guessing if the floor was really clean or not. But everything else was fine. It is within walking distance to the beach and a lot of shopping and food. I never felt unsafe where we were when walking at night. The elevators suck during the day. They are so busy and you have to wait a bit for one. There is also only one washer and one dryer per floor and it’s $3 to wash and $3 to dry. I never had a problem when needing to use it though. I would definitely stay here again. I never saw any bugs in the room, which I was expecting to see roaches since I know they’re common. My friend had roaches in her room and she was on a different floor. I was glad we never saw any in our room.

The property worked well for us. The location was great. My only problem is that all of us had a terrible time get the temperature in the shower steady, hot, hot, hot, cold. And, the tub was old and stained. Otherwise I would have given it 4 stars.

Room smelled like mold. Ceiling had or has a leak and was concerning. The shower door would fall every time we would open the shower door. Shower door ended up hurting my daughter’s finger. Garage does not fit oversized car. Was told by security that a vehicle should not be higher than 5’9 although host site says 6” and host stated should fit 6’3 which we ended up having to pay at a different parking garage to park. Lack of communication from host regarding concerns. So we ended up checking out after a night stay as the room was a disaster. Would not recommend staying.
