The condo has a brand new quiet mini-split AC to regulate a perfect room temperature, a newly remodeled bathroom, and a new black-out blind for a good-night sleep. New King-sized Beautyrest Mattress for maximum comfort, a new 5" thick foam mattress pull-out sofa couch for extra guest to sleep on, a new accent chair and bar stools. All kitchen appliances are recently-upgraded stainless steel GE model. We are 5 mins walks to Ala Moana Shopping Mall to bring home native gifts. Pamper yourself in this laid-back tropical oasis with all the amenities the Resort provides: ABC stores, boutiques, restaurants, pools for a perfect vacation! This location is excellent for access to the beach, harbor, lagoon, shopping, restaurants. Property was dated as built in 1964 but it was very comfortable for 2 people. It was exactly as shown in listing.

The condo is wonderful we loved the walking distance to most amenities. Use the Food Pantry around the corner for groceries. All the staff is wonderful so dont forget to leave a tip!

We liked the location because it’s just outside of the center of crowded Waikiki. We were here over the Christmas holiday. The unit was as described and predicted and had everything we needed. The building was crowded and sometimes it was challenging to catch an elevator. Overall we loved it and would book again.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for two. We really enjoyed the balcony. There can be a wait for the elevators and take a while to get to the ground level, but since we weren’t in and out of the unit a lot during the day, it wasn’t an issue. We would stay here again.

Waikiki on a budget

We chose this property through VRBO so we could afford a whole week on island instead of 3 days at a resort!! And guess what?!?!! It had the ocean view, the pool, the restaurants, the easy stroll to the beach! Perfect.

Overall the condo is a great location, close to amenities / shopping and of course the beach. Only issue i had was whomever lived above liked to drag things across the floor late at night. Which wasnt a huge deal but was a bit annoying when trying to put out kid to bed. Overall great place otherwise.

Lovely Unit and Beautiful View

The views from inside the unit and the lanai are amazing. This unit is clean, well-furnished, an excellent complement of essentials in the kitchen (making our one-week stay so much nicer - daily coffee and pupus on the lanai!), quiet, and convenient to shopping, beaches, and dining. Communication with the host was excellent. At the last minute, we needed to extend our stay. We were contacted immediately, and luckily, they could accommodate our request. Another nice benefit (for us) is no need for air conditioning on the 19th floor. We kept the sliding door open to let the ocean breeze keep us cool, which is much nicer than the a/c, but it was there if needed. We will not hesitate to stay again.
