Overall, the unit descriptions were correct, however, it definitely fell short of my expectations. The unit was not clean on a basic level. To name a few things, there was a slight ring in the toilet, the shower floor looked like it had not been scrubbed in months, the closet shelves had dust and dirt, the light switches were filthy, and the blackout curtains were riddled with holes and didn't operate properly. It was hard to open the sliding glass door to get out to the lanai. On top of the cleanliness issue, there was a loud and startling drilling noise that started almost instantly once I was in the unit. After hearing this the first day, it then woke me up the first morning I was there at 9:02am when I was trying to sleep in. This noise was coming from directly behind the bed. Despite contacting security and emailing the vacation rental company, there was nothing done and the noise continued to happen throughout my stay. Given the noise and lack of cleanliness, I cut my trip short by 5 nights. It's also worth mentioning that the hallways and elevators used to get to the unit do not have AC. You are often waiting in line, either on the lobby floor level, or at the unit level waiting for an elevator. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend to anyone. Spend the money to stay at a nicer place, with a better location.
