**PROPERTY PROJECT**

Ilikai Hotel Spalling and Exterior Painting Project

An exterior painting and spalling repair project to enhance the building’s structural integrity and appearance with minimal disruption will commence on August 18, 2025. Work Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday thru Friday; in rare cases due to weather, work may begin at 8 AM.



Precautions are in place to limit guest impacts. Noise from such renovation work, including drilling, is to be expected. We hope guests will be out and about, enjoying our island’s offerings and miss the work completely. Aside from the stack of rooms being directly worked on, the remainder of the property will be unaffected.

Ilikai Hotel Lite #1022: Studio Ocean View condo with full Kitchen, adjacent to Waikiki Beach and Yacht Harbor and just 2 blocks to Hawaii Convention Center and Ala Moana Beach Park.

The iconic Ilikai Hotel and Luxury Suites is defined by its bold architecture and abounding presence. Contemporary, chic accommodations provide all the comforts of home, including full-sized kitchens and premium bedding. In addition, every luxury suite features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, spacious bathrooms with tiled massage-jet showers, and technology-laden living spaces decked out with wall-mounted 40-inch HD televisions, high-speed internet connectivity, and dual oscillating air-conditions systems.

This studio suite allows for up to 4 occupants with (1) king, and (1) Queen sofa sleeper

$33 + tax daily amenity fee (payable to the resort) includes:
